This 30-page booklet covers the production and promotion of Saffron as an opportunity for Māori, especially those with limited resources. The book includes an introduction to the cultural relationship to saffron and other spices. The booklet was conceived by the late Makuini Chadwick, a founding member of Tahuri Whenua.
